2026 Mitsubishi Xforce officially launched in Malaysia – prices starting from RM109,980

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has officially launched its latest SUV, the 2026 Mitsubishi Xforce.

Below is the price list for each variant offered:

  • Urban – RM109,980
  • Ultimate – RM119,980

Launch Promotions

MMM is extending the Early Bird promotion, valid until April 12, 2026, which includes:

  • A cash rebate of RM5,000 for early buyers
  • An additional cash rebate of RM1,000 for existing Mitsubishi owners or government employees
  • A five-year maintenance cost of only RM3,900, along with three free labor cost exemptions
  • The “Buy 1 Free 1” contest, where every customer who places an order before the launch in April will have a chance to take home a Mitsubishi Xforce Ultimate

MMM is also offering the following three accessory packages:

Xforce Specifications

The Xforce is powered by a 1.5-liter inline four-cylinder MIVEC engine (code 4A91), paired with a CVT gearbox and front-wheel drive.

It delivers a power output of 103 hp @ 6,000 rpm and a torque of 141 Nm @ 4,000 rpm.

The Xforce offers up to four driving modes: Normal, Gravel, Mud, and Wet.

In terms of dimensions, the Mitsubishi Xforce 2026 measures 4,390 mm in length, 1,810 mm in width, and 1,660 mm in height.

The wheelbase is approximately 2,650 mm, while the ground clearance is 222 mm.

This SUV also offers an approach angle of 21 degrees and a departure angle of 30.5 degrees, making it suitable for light off-road driving.

The cargo capacity is 410 liters.

The SUV features a MacPherson strut setup at the front and a torsion beam at the rear axle.

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) is set to launch the 2026 Triton Championship Edition pickup truck on March 11.

 

Special Edition Celebrating AXCR Success

The Mitsubishi Triton Championship Edition is a special edition inspired by the brand’s victory in the 2025 Asia Cross Country Rally (AXCR).

Unlike the standard Triton, this special edition offers enhanced specifications, a bolder style, motorsport-inspired elements, and a limited production run.

Two variants will be available: the Triton Athlete and the Triton AT Premium.

The Triton Athlete is available in the exclusive Jet Black Mica color, with only 150 units produced.

Among the upgrades are:

  • Exclusive body decals
  • All-terrain tire fitment
  • 9-inch infotainment system
  • Surround monitoring system (ARM)

2026 Triton Specifications

The Triton is powered by a 2.4-liter turbo diesel engine (4N16) offered in two different power outputs.

In the Triton AT Premium model, this engine delivers 184 PS of power and a maximum torque of 430 Nm, paired with the Easy Select 4WD system.

The Triton Athlete, on the other hand, generates up to 204 PS of power and 470 Nm of torque, matched with the Super Select 4WD-II system and Active Yaw Control (AYC).

The Triton Athlete also includes Mitsubishi Motors’ Safety Sensing (MMSS) safety features, which consist of:

2026 Mitsubishi Xforce: bookings open, estimated prices starting from RM110,000

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has announced the opening of bookings for the 2026 Mitsubishi Xforce, a B-segment SUV.

Available in two variants, the estimated retail prices are as follows:

  • Xforce Urban – RM110,000
  • Xforce Ultimate – RM120,000

In conjunction with the pre-launch, MMM has also announced the following promotions:

  • RM5,000 cash rebate for the first 1,000 buyers
  • An additional RM1,000 cash rebate for existing Mitsubishi owners
  • three times free labour and 5-year maintenance cost of only RM3,978.03

Mitsubishi brings Triton driving experience to Kota Bharu on July 25-26

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has announced the “Live the Drive” event, set to take place on July 25-26 at the AEON Kota Bharu parking lot.

Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the driving capabilities and off-road performance of the Mitsubishi Triton pickup truck.

Several challenges will be available, including uneven surfaces, Elephant Steps, side inclines, a water-crossing challenge up to 700 mm deep, and a U-turn maneuver.

Guests can also test their driving skills through the “Water Bucket Test Drive Challenge,” where participants must drive while ensuring a full bucket of water remains stable.

Attractive prizes await, including a Naturehike Camping Wagon worth RM500, a foldable Naturehike 50L box valued at RM400, and a portable fan worth RM200.

MMM is also offering a free Foldable Bucket Bag to visitors who take a test drive in any Mitsubishi vehicle during the event.

Mitsubishi Malaysia launches Triton Athlete with enhanced features, priced from RM159,980

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) is celebrating its 20th anniversary in Malaysia this year.

In conjunction with this milestone, MMM has announced the launch of the upgraded Triton Athlete pickup model, with a starting price of RM159,980.

Unique features of the current Triton Athlete include a stylish front bumper, a sporty bar on the truck bed, tailgate opening assistance, and distinctive decorative patterns.

Additionally, MMM is offering an exclusive, limited-time promotion for Triton Athlete buyers, which includes rewards of up to RM8,000 or a free five-year maintenance package, as well as a five-year unlimited mileage warranty.

Customers can also enjoy interest rates as low as 0.6 percent for Triton Athlete financing through Maybank or Public Bank.

Mitsubishi 3S centre officially opens in Teluk Panglima Garang

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has announced the official opening of a new 3S centre (sales, service, and spare parts) in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor.

Operated by MN Wheels Sdn Bhd, the new Mitsubishi Motors 3S centre is situated on a 27,000 square foot plot of land, with a building size of approximately 10,000 square feet.

The facility features a comfortable showroom and a fully-equipped service center complete with diagnostic tools.

Shinya Ikeda, CEO of MMM, stated, “On behalf of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, we deeply appreciate MN Wheels’ support and commitment to the brand.”

MMM to host “Drive Your Ambition” festival in Miri on January 18-19

Good news for Mitsubishi enthusiasts in Miri, Sarawak.

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has announced the “Drive Your Ambition” festival, which will take place on January 18-19, 2025, at ParkCity Eastwood, Miri, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Visitors can experience the prowess of the Super Select 4WD-II system and the seven driving modes available on the Triton through test drive sessions that navigate various challenging terrains, including side traverses, water crossings, hill climbs, muddy paths, and articulation courses.

For fans of single cab pickups, the Triton Single Cab is available for test drives, showcasing a one-ton capacity for transporting palm oil over the prepared obstacle course.

MMM is also offering attractive promotions for the Triton model, such as Diesel Rewards and a 2-year free service package.

2024 Mitsubishi Triton now open for booking, five variants, priced from RM102,000

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) today officially opened bookings for the sixth generation of the 2024 Mitsubishi Triton pickup truck model.

Offered in five variants, the estimated selling price of the Mitsubishi Triton starts from RM102,000 for the Single Cab variant, and from RM170,000 for the Triton Athlete variant.

The all-new Mitsubishi Triton brings significant exterior and interior changes.


It now features the new Beast Mode design language, a new 2.4-liter turbo diesel engine (4N16) capable of generating 184 PS/350 Nm of torque (Single Cab), or as high as 204 PS/470 Nm for the highest variant.

The new Triton also comes with a newly developed mega frame chassis offering durability and robustness, as well as a larger body size compared to the previous model.

The new suspension system now offers enhanced handling stability and driving comfort, accompanied by the Super Select-II four-wheel drive system and seven driving modes.

The safety aspect of this pickup truck has been enhanced with Active Yaw Control function, and the most advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).


It also offers modern conveniences such as wireless device charging slot, support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as various storage spaces available inside the cabin.

Finally, for those in need of a workhorse, the Triton Single Cab offers the largest cargo deck in its segment, with dimensions of 2,340 mm width and 1,580 mm length.

For the first 500 customers who book the Mitsubishi Triton 2024 pickup truck, they will receive a 60-liter foldable storage box valued at RM450.

Mitsubishi Triton AT Premium gets sportier styling – RM136k

MITSUBISHI Motors Malaysia (MMM) has introduced an upgraded version of the Mitsubishi Triton AT Premium, which features sportier aesthetics, inside and outside.

MMM says the upgraded Triton AT Premium will be available in limited units but the company stops short of revealing exactly how many units will be built.

Available only in White Diamond, the limited-edition pickup truck is fitted with a new front bumper garnish, exclusive black-and-red decals, black wheel arches, a sports bar, a visor, as well as 18-inch wheels wrapped in Yokohama AT G015 tyres.

Moving into the cabin, the upgrades include illuminated scuff plates and embroidery featuring the similar white, red and black theme on the headrests. The accessories upgrades are by MMM’s authorised dealers.

No mechanical upgrades have been made, though. This means the Triton AT Premium retains the 2.4-litre MIVEC turbodiesel mill with Variable Valve Timing technology that churns out 181 PS dan 430 Nm of torque.

Also retained are existing features including Easy Select 4WD, Hill Descent Control, ABS, EBD, Brake Assist, Active Stability Control, Traction Control, Rest Reminder, Hill Start Assist and Trailer Stability Assist.

The upgraded Mitsubishi Triton AT Premium is priced at RM135,900.

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia launches first 3S centre in Nilai

MITSUBISHI Motors, official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Malaysia, together with authorised dealer Ban Lee Heng Motor (Nilai) Sdn Bhd recently opened the first Mitsubishi Motors 3S Centre (Sales, Service & Spare parts) in Nilai.

The opening of the new outlet increases Mitsubishi Motors’ dealer network to 59 showrooms nationwide. The outlet is located at Lot 27447, Jalan BBN 5/1a, Bandar Nilai Utama, 71800 Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. It is situated along the main road of Persiaran Korporate, a prime location for all customers staying within the vicinity.

With a built-up area of 6,400 square feet, the 3S centre presents Mitsubishi Motors’ brand identity that is in line with the global brand message ‘Drive Your Ambition’.
