Volvo EX30 Cargo offers 1,000 liters of cargo space, now available in the UK

Looking for a smaller, eco-friendly workhorse? You might need the Volvo EX30 Cargo.

Unlike the passenger version of the EX30, the EX30 Cargo provides a generous 1,000 liters of space without a second-row seat installation.

It features a wall structure separating the cargo area from the front cabin, complemented by a flat floor design and a durable surface.

The rear door also opens wider now.

Additional work lights and extra hooks are also provided in this section.

Overall, the Volvo EX30 Cargo can carry a load of up to 390 kg.

Two Trim Options, Plus a Cross Country Version

The Volvo EX30 Cargo is available in the Cargo Core trim, which offers features such as:

  • 18-inch aerodynamic wheels
  • Automatic LED headlights
  • Adaptive cruise control
  • Front and rear parking sensors
  • Rearview camera
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto support

The Cargo Plus variant adds the following features:

  • 19-inch wheels
  • Black roof
  • Heated seats and steering wheel
  • Dual-zone climate control
  • Wireless charging pad
  • Pilot Assist
  • Premium Harman Kardon audio system

Volvo UK will also offer the EX30 Cargo in a Cross Country version with a more rugged appearance.

This electric vehicle is powered by a single electric motor producing 148 hp or a dual electric motor version delivering 422 hp, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds.

Public Cannot Purchase This EV

Unfortunately, the Volvo EX30 Cargo is only available through Volvo UK’s fleet vehicle sales channels.

This means that private buyers are not allowed to take home the EX30 Cargo.

The starting price is £36,010 (approximately RM192,007), making it more expensive than the standard EX30 version, which comes with rear seating.
