Bateri Madani offered at 50 percent lower prices compared to market

Sejamas World Sdn Bhd, a Bumiputera-owned automotive solutions provider, has announced the launch of Madani Batteries—a maintenance-free car battery brand designed for the local market.

Officially launched by YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim, the Prime Minister of Malaysia, during the Mega Carnival 3 in Damansara, Madani Batteries aim to provide reliability, affordability, and accessibility to all Malaysian drivers, particularly within the B40 and M40 communities.

This premium-grade battery is priced starting at RM130 (including installation, diagnostics, and calibration), which is 50 percent lower than the usual market price.

Each Madani Battery also comes with a one-year warranty or a coverage of 20,000 kilometers for private vehicles, and they are now available nationwide through an expanding network of Sejamas service branches and authorized distributors.

Commenting on the launch, Alfred Kenneth Jingulam Jr., spokesperson for Sejamas World, stated, “Our mission with Madani Batteries is to ensure high-quality automotive batteries are available and affordable for every Malaysian driver.

“Private transportation is critical to the Malaysian people—there are over 38.7 million vehicles on our roads. As the overall cost of living rises, we are pleased to offer a product that helps alleviate this burden in a meaningful way.
