GGR Motor, a local automotive company is set to launch an electric motorcycle model for the Malaysian market through the ‘Go Green Revolution’ initiative.

The official launch event will take place on June 28 at Saloma Kuala Lumpur, with Perniagaan Mazlan & Hashimah (PMH Motor) Sdn Bhd serving as the Exclusive Strategic Partner and main authorized dealer.

According to GGR Motor’s Managing Director, Muhammad Mussadiq Mohamed Azmi, this launch represents a starting point towards expanding the use of electric motorcycles among the public.

In addition to the launch and exhibition sessions, the event will be enlivened with evening activities such as community performances, test riding events, lucky draws, and casual activities for EV enthusiasts.

According to specifications, the Lion G1 is powered by a single electric motor with a power output of 4 hp (3 kW) and a torque of 140 Nm, paired with a 32 Ah 72 V graphene battery pack that offers a range of up to 120 km and a top speed of 70 km/h.
